Delivery team was great and the communication prior to delivery is very specific on what you need to do to prepare for your delivery. I also paid for them to take my old refrigerator they made the process quick and easy.

This is the best product one could buy for home entertainment. I love the different features that it has and the processor is very fast. I especially enjoy The speakers are built in the TV which means I don’t have to put additional speakers up. The sound is exquisite and the picture Quality is magnificent. I’m very satisfied and happy with the overall product. It makes my room stand out so much so I don’t want to leave it. I also like the fact it’s very light in weight which made it easier to install. I recommend this product to everyone. Thanks Best Buy for selling a wonderful product.

Although the delivery day was a rainy day, delivery was as scheduled with professionalism.

We had a great experience with Wael and his team with RNW Logistics when they came to deliver. We had a wall oven in the delivery that we had just found out was too big to fit our space. But Wael and his team spent time and came up with a solution to help us keep the product we wanted. The refrigerator we bought we were told through a site visit that it would fit, but when it was delivered (and it turned out to be the wrong refrigerator), that was not the case. Wael and his team also fixed that. So we had a refrigerator in the meantime until the right one got delivered. When it did the following week, a different crew came to deliver and it didn't fit. I called Wael and he came to help me out even though the delivery guy should have done it. Overall, they were respectful, efficient, and I recommend that Best Buy use this team for their deliveries.

I had an excellent experience with Best Buy’s delivery and installation service. Everything was easy and straightforward from start to finish. The communication was great — I received a call the day before, plus real-time notifications and updates on the day of the delivery. The technician was very friendly and professional. The installation was quick, and he answered all my questions kindly. He even mentioned that if anything didn’t look right or if I wanted the appliance moved to a different spot, they could come back at no extra cost. Overall, truly great service. Highly recommended!

I recently had a new refrigerator delivered from Best Buy. I typically use the standard delivery service when I have larger items delivered. I failed to get the names of the folks that assisted me in this case and I wish I had. These guys showed up on time and went above and beyond do make sure everything was working and I was satisfied before they left.

Prompt and efficient service. They unloaded my appliances with care and made sure to properly install them. I had to make an update to stay to code and they helped with that too. My delivery and installation was for a washer, dryer and dishwasher.
