I was kept updated about exactly when they were going to be there days before. The day before I was told a couple hour window and I was also called by the delivery driver the day before to see if there were any codes or gates. I actually missed this call by saw the voicemail next day. The day of they called 30 minutes before they came make sure I was home and they came with a huge truck and carried up my huge TV. The box was in perfect shape not a mark on it and TV has been fantastic. I was super satisfied with this home delivery service. Highly recommend it. 10/10.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous! Communication was excellent, arrived on time and finished up within 30 minutes. Left the area clean. What more could I ask for? Gabriel and OTD to perform all of our deliveries and installations!

Their drivers show up on time and are courteous and accomodating. Never had any damage to product or property. Never had a bad exprience.

Unlike other sellers, they don't just leave your item outside, they ensure it's safely delivered inside your room. Great service.
