Efficient and Careful

They also made sure to remove all the exterior packing material and take it with them before bringing the new fridge inside. The fridge was unscratched/undented because they were careful going thru the door and moving around my furniture.

Washing machine delivery

The sales person made sure I had all of the information I needed for my delivery. She let me know someone would contact me about status of my delivery. Someone did, the delivery team showed up right on time, installed my new washer, and removed my old washer in about 10 mins. The delivery men were very friendly, and professional. Great experience.

Agents were a le to locate another washer and have it delivered for me. I am a client of Best Buy for over 25 years. So far they have accommodated me when issues happen. Only problems been getting through on the phone and having to wait on Total tech repair to come to my home.
