Best Buy has great home delivery which has been fast and efficient. I would recommend it to all who are considering delivery.

I was very satisfied with the home delivery of my Insignia washer. The 2 delivery gentlemen were very friendly and courteous. They easily unpacked and placed my washer in my utility room. I did not need them to install it but I was very pleased with the delivery overall.

The whole delivery process exceeded expectations. Once I had my slot, I could track the process. I received calls and texts with updates, and the delivery guys were quick and courteous, and installed my fridge with no issues.

We had free home delivery (without set-up). They came twice: once to deliver the original TV, and the second time to pack it up (the original was defective) and deliver the replacement. In both cases, the delivery teams were quick and professional.

It took 5 deliveries to finally get a brand new washer/dryer. Even though some of the delivery people were polite and courteous, there was one that refused to deliver at the correct location and rather than verifying with his office he simply cancelled it. Did not even notify me!!!! I was livid! The final delivery was awesome... I would rate that one and the first a 5 star!

Went above & beyond. The customer service with my home delivery was amazing. Brought it into my house for me & stayed while i turned on my tv to make sure it worked. Excellent service!

Very helpful advice from our salesman-he was knowledgeable and polite. Handled our transaction & recommended products which were appropriate for what we needed. Would go to him again for assistance the next time. We purchased a Samsung 77” tv, OLED 2024 at a great price with a Bose speaker that was discounted for becoming a BB member. Very pleased with 0% APR for 24 months as well.
