This installation was a little more than expected and they exceeded expectations and only left after I was completely satisfied.

They were polite and let me know the part I bought was not necessary and that I should return it. One of the guys even noticed my neighbor's dog was out and let me know immediately. Both men were very respectful and professional. As a single mom, it's sometimes nerve wracking having men come into my house; but these men were great! I have used ABT before, but their delivery people and customer service is terrible. Best Buy is also so much better. And QUICK!

The delivery team arrived on time, were professional, and handled my new TV with care. They set everything up exactly where I wanted it and even took the packaging away, which made the whole process stress-free. Communication leading up to delivery was clear and updates were accurate. Overall, it was a smooth, convenient experience — definitely worth it for large or heavy items.
