I couldn't get any photos because they were so fast delivering my t.v. Also, I think it's kind of rude taking photos of them while they were working. The delivery was on time, the workers were fast and were polite. Thank you!

The guys were awesome. We received a new all in one washer dryer with pedestal. after they removed the original washer and dryer, they set up the new machine and made sure it worked. They were professional the entire time.

Once charged up set up laptop and starting working. No issues. For the price it stands out great

The tv was delivered on the scheduled day when it was supposed to. The delivery people were polite.

The delivery option was a lifesaver! I went to the store and realized that there was no way I would be able to fit the TV I was purchasing in my car. The associate was amazing and helped me get it ordered with the free delivery. Communication was perfect and the TV arrived exactly on time!

So…there’s good reason for the 2 star and here it is. I was originally scheduled for delivery between 7a-7p…that morning it was narrowed down to between 12:30-4:30p. At 9:45 I got a phone call that they were running a few minutes behind due to a truck problem. They stressed a “few minutes” and promised it would be here that day. I only live about 4 miles from the store so I’m thinking no problem…even if it’s by 6p I’m happy. So I’m tracking the truck on the BB app…and I see all day they are making deliveries (as close as a mile from me)…and then it got to be, 7…8…8:15…8:30…8:45…nothing and the truck has returned to the store…and didn’t move again. I tried calling the store, the number of the person that called me earlier, the main number in Buffalo…no answers…nothing…finally at 9:15 I got on the “chat bot” on their website. I was furious..first…my ice was melting and I couldn’t leave my house all day to get more (I had my old fridge removed that morning) and they had apparently cancelled my delivery without telling me! Within 15 minutes of writing on the chat bot I got a frantic call from customer service…they got my chat bot message…and promised to be at my house to deliver asap. The customer service promised to call me back the next morning…the truck got here at 10p…the guys that delivered were very apologetic…they said the original guys just parked the truck and went home and left the fridge on the truck. These guys were in and out of my house in less than 15 minutes were very nice and efficient….and they said I should call customer service and tell my story. I waited the next day until late afternoon for the CS guy to call me back…no call…I called customer service myself..the girl was willing to waive the delivery cost…not good enough so I asked for the supervisor. After much explanation and holding my temper…I ended up with a 10% rebate on my CCard…which was ok…but I almost lost all the food I had in my freezer which would have cost them lots more. The thing is…I love the fridge…works awesome, quiet tons of room…also…I’m very flexible and forgiving…but that was a very long day of nonsense that should never have happened.

Delivery was completed within the time scheduled and the delivery guys were friendly.

The initial crew sent to deliver and install my appliances were great, but ran into issues with my water valve and had to back out and reschedule. They did a great job cleaning up and getting my laundry room back in order. My only complaint is that after getting the valve replaced, it took another 8 days to reschedule delivery and install. But the second crew got everything done and may actually have left the space cleaner than when they came in.

I very much appreciated home delivery service, especially for large appliances like the fridge I had delivered. This delivery lived up to the excellent service I expect from Best Buy. The delivery was on time and I received ample communications ahead to allow me to plan my day around it.

The delivery guys were amazing. They were in and out quickly. There was no mess. I received constant updates of when my shipment would arrive. There was nothing left for me to worry about throwing away.

I had purchased a washing machine. The delivery team called when they were on their way, and arrived early in the window provided. One of the guys measured my basement door to make sure the washer would fit (I had already done so, but appreciate that he double checked). The old washer was removed and the new one installed in under 30 minutes. Both men were friendly, professional, and efficient. The washer had a minor dent on one side, and as soon as I pointed it out, one of them took a photo, called Best Buy and explained the situation. I was able to talk to someone and was given the option of either having a new washer delivered, or receiving a partial refund. The washer is in my basement, so the dent doesn't really matter to me, but I requested 2 weeks to use the machine and verify whether the dent was purely cosmetic or if it caused any problems. The request was granted and I was given the direct line to speak with the right department once I had made a decision. The guys finished up and I was good to go. Turned out that the dent has no effect on functionality, so I called and received the refund back onto my Best Buy credit card. The entire process was easy and everyone was very helpful.

The crew arrived at deignated time & also texted when they were 30 min from my home. Very Professional.

I want to thank our delivery men. They were extremely helpful and professional in installing and showing me and my wife how to properly use and maintain our new dryer. Total pros

We ordered the upright freezer with a garage haulaway. Since time slots are no longer available we had to have the freezer delivered on Saturday. The delivery was earlier than expected but the truck couldn't get down the alley to the garage for installation. The drivers walked it down the alley and ensured it worked. Lack of a 3-4 hour delivery option during purchase needs to be reinstated as a consideration for customers time. The delivery was great but receiving the time slot the day before is not considerate of customers time.

Two gentlemen arrived to install my 70 inch television. They were very skilled at the task and installed the bracket that I provided without incident. They secured the television on the bracket and proceeded to set it up. They had me install the LG APP on my phone and proceeded to make sure that the Xfinity remote was also set up. They were of good humor considering that they were working on Christmas Eve. When done they cleaned up all of the packaging and removed the debris from my home.

The delivery guys were very professional and they did a wonderful job.
