Quick and easy delivery, no issues, everything went as expected

Two gentlemen arrived to install my 70 inch television. They were very skilled at the task and installed the bracket that I provided without incident. They secured the television on the bracket and proceeded to set it up. They had me install the LG APP on my phone and proceeded to make sure that the Xfinity remote was also set up. They were of good humor considering that they were working on Christmas Eve. When done they cleaned up all of the packaging and removed the debris from my home.

The delivery came as expected. The delivery guys took their time getting the product into my home and placed in the designated area. Nothing got damaged and everything worked perfectly.

Love my purchases. Great pictures. The employees were who worked with me were wonderful. Best Buy is a joy to shop.

I have been pleasantly pleased with the basic home delivery service that best buy provides. They take the time to usually call the day before and provide a couple hour window of when they will be there. This last time they called and actually asked to deliver early because they were ahead of schedule. IT was fine for me and I am sure they made previous customers happy delivering their products on-schedule as well. I will continue to use this delivery as it is usually offered free on products I don't want to drag home from the store myself or don't have the space in a vehicle. They dropped in the room of my choice. Offered to haul away device it was replacing as well.

First of all I want to mention the fellows who picked up my old fridge and delivered my new one…Garrett and John. They did a wonderful job of moving both fridges without causing damage to either one. And believe me…that was no easy task considering the course they had to navigate getting them to where they needed to go. These guys were extremely conscientious, and if there is one thing I appreciate when it comes to people providing a service it is exactly that. I’ve had a number of customer service jobs in my life. I know how essential it is to simply care about the other person. Oh…and the fridge? I researched the heck out of these things and this one is…in my opinion…a phenomenal value. In features, size, configuration and performance it’s perfect for my needs. And the quality of the product is excellent. Quiet, reliable, configured internally for maximum utility and convenience. It takes up a minimum of space and provides so much useable space. Efficient design and exemplary quality and engineering.

The delivery guys called ahead so I was ready for the delivery. The two gents that delivered the refrigerator were very professional. They were courteous, quick and worked very efficiently. They were in and out in 15 minutes.

This home delivery service was swift and timely. I’ve come to find Best Buy’s delivery service to be extremely reliable, which is paramount when awaiting important items

I had a dryer delivered, and it was worth it. They were quick, courteous, and explained how to work the dryer. I would definitely use the home delivery again.

My husband was there for the home delivery and install and said everything went great, they were friendly and did their job efficiently. They called when they were on their way.. My range and dishwasher was delivered and installed on the same day... they took our old appliances out and brought them to the garage, we are getting rid of them ourselves...

The gentleman were very efficient & friendly. Walked the TV into our great room conversed a minute & were gone. The tracking helps you to know their arrival so you don't waste the whole day.

The delivery for my 65 in Hisense tv was smooth and it was delivered on the exact date that it said it would be delivered. The driver called me when he was near the house to let me know he’d be arriving shortly. I was at work but I told him that I could use my phone to open the garage door for him to place the tv in the garage. He said he would prefer to leave it in the garage as opposed to leaving it on my front porch. After he delivered it to my garage, he texted me to let me know that he was done so that I could close my garage back. The driver was very professional and The delivery went well

The team sent by Best Buy to deliver our washing machine did a great job. Showed up at the time we expected them, installed the new machine and took the old one away.

The delivery men were very kind and communicated the details well. Made quick work of removing my old fridge and installing my new one.

I’ve been waiting and waiting on this item finally went on sale and it’s everything I dreamed of I don’t have one complaint
