I normally would not use anyone's home delivery or installation service We purchased a 65" tv from Best Buy along with delivery and installation due to the size of the tv and the complexity of installation over the fireplace. The installation went fast, clean and efficiently. I could never have done it by myself. The crew was neat, efficient, and helpful. Sometimes it pays to pay someone else!

The Best Buy customer support stayed in touch about our scheduled delivery date. There was a day or two where we were in doubt it would be as scheduled, but they came through in the end. We appreciated the communication.

Stove works great and my granddaughter has no problems understanding instructions, food cooks great, too

So far, freezer is working great. Will update this review if we run into any issues.

The guys who came delivered and installed the microwave very quickly. They were very friendly and informative.

Their delivery is awesome. All I did was purchased the items sat back at my home and received them in a reasonable amount of time. I was very happy with that.

Setting up the delivery was quick and there was clear communication of timeframe and enough but not too many reminders of arrival time. Justin and Brandon were efficient, careful, courteous and professional. They did their job quickly but carefully - not to damage the stove, nor anything in my house nor their own bodies - using the moving straps etc... Thank you guys!

The home delivery was very efficient. They were able to take the old washing machine out and place the new one in quickly. The men were polite and the one in charge of the set up was knowledgeable. I appreciated their work.

This chair is absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I have been using in constantly. It adjusts perfectly to your body and gives the best massage. The speakers also have excellent sound quality. Highly recommend- worth every penny!

The delivery for my appliances went pretty smoothly. The agents were professional and practiced COVID precautions. They made moving the heavy items look easy. The only downside was that they arrived an hour after the estimated window I received had passed. Wish there was a way to have a better estimate of arrival, or updates from the actual agent. There was no way for me to know what time they would be arriving or if they even would. I had to cancel plans I had made for after.

Nice range, huge oven! Hard to keep the cooktop fingerprint free. Miss having a lip around the top. Works really well!

The crew was excellent. They were polite, and observed the Covid guidelines. Did an wonderful job removing the old dishwasher, cleaning up as they went along. Installed the new dishwasher, checking that things were up to code. Extra point since they had the bring in the new dishwasher and remove the old after claiming 3 floor in a townhouse without an elevator. Made certain to not mar the walls.
