justin an jeffry did an amazing job installing my fridge, even though they had to take each door off they put them back on and it works amazing. they also informed me on how to install the water line to my fridge.

The Geek Squad setup was awesome even connected our Bose 900 SoundBar and made sure our 4K Firestick was working!

I forget their names sadly, they did tell them to us. Both gentlemen were friendly and courteous. When the one gentleman came in to check we had cleared enough space for the delivery and saw where we wanted the refrigerator he said ok hang on a minute. They took the box off the truck and asked us to come see thebox. He very professionally and nicely explained the size of the refrigerator to us. And as we looked at the box realized I had ordered the wrong size refrigerator by a long shot. It was too small for our needs. So he called into -probably customer service- and talked to them for a minute or so, and handed his phone to me. I explained i had not looked at the dimensions of the fridge just that it woulf fit in the space we had measured. They put it back on the truck and took it back for us. I had expected to still pay the delivery fee as they had come to the house, but even that was taken off my card.

The delivery guys were polite and efficient and even helped me to remove the old stove and connect the new one!

My home delivery experience was very smooth and seamless the entire way through. I have received a call from one of the gentleman letting me know they will be in the neighborhood soon which was a fantastic heads up. The two gentleman who also delivered my product handled it with care and were quite professional as well, really making the whole process something I would absolutely consider again.

The appliances delivered by Diakon Logistics. Agent Rahhal and other agent did a great job installing the Washer and Dryer. Checked and confirmed no water leakage and no other issues. Brought the appliances carefully to second floor. I recommend their service.

Delivery of the Insignia 3D massage chair was in 2 parts for me. I needed the chair to be taken upstairs in our media room. The delivery guys that delivered the chair told me they could not take the chair upstairs and Geek Squad delivery would come and do that part for me. So they left the chair in a convenient location for me on the first floor. Note that to get the chair in the house they had to climb on porch steps and then also remove the door. They did all of that and got the chair inside the house quite carefully. I had to schedule the delivery with Geek Squad and I thought it will be by calling BestBuy. But when I logged online and checked my order there was an easy scheduling and it took me 30 seconds to schedule the delivery to a day of my choice. Geek Squad was on time and they carried the chair upstairs and set it up for me. It was as good of a delivery experience as I can ever think of.

They called and let me know they were about 30 min behind but they would be there soon, they arrived prior to that and got started and put everything up quickly and efficiently. they cleaned up and were very helpful about the process.
