I really appreciate the online update showing you how many more stops the delivery driver has before they arrive at your residence, so you have an accurate estimate of their arrival. They also called to let me know they were 15-20 minutes away. I knew what to expect during the entire process which I really appreciate given that they were delivering a large and expensive item. I highly recommend the best buy home delivery!

On time and respectful delivery people

I got a call a couple days before the scheduled delivery and the delivery people called be when they were 10mins from my home. When entered my home they were very respectful and kind. Perfectly installed the new fridge and took away the old one.

The team (2) was on time, promptly brought it in and placed it where we asked. We did not have them install it, just delivery.

Great Free Delivery

They were quick, professional, and friendly. They even called ahead to make sure I was home. I would definitely use the free delivery for other large items instead of renting a truck and getting help. Great service!

They rescheduled the delivery

That was very inconvenient for me. I recently had hip surgery & had to lug my laundry to the laundry mat. It was very painful. When it was delivered, the delivery people were fantastic.
