Today’s in home delivery was wonderful!! John from the geek squad very professional and friendly! BUT my delivery was supposed to be Sunday- I was home from 7 am- 7 pm getting text periodically during the day stating my delivery would be between 130 pm- 430 pm- NO SHOW! Called customer service and was told it was a third party delivery service and they could not contact driver. Come to find out TV was NOT in stock so it was not intrasit at all. When I purchased new TV I was told I could bring old TV for recycling. Took my old TV to Best Buy today was told they don’t take Vizio and it would cost 30 dollars. Talked to store manager - told of my frustration- took old TV for free

We had a washer and dryer delivered and the 2 men who came to deliver were very nice. They came at exactly the time they said they would and even sent me updates via text. They were fast, courteous, on time, and easy to work with.

The delivery was within a few days after ordering on-line. There were no problems. The delivery person was pleasant and in and out in less than 15 minutes for a full exchange.

So far so good. Bought the dryer to replace our old faithful dryer of 25 years.

The fridge is incredibly spacious and beautifully designed — the white glass finish is sleek and modern. The Beverage Center is super convenient with the AutoFill pitcher and water dispenser hidden inside. The FlexZone drawer is a great bonus, letting us convert space between freezer and fridge depending on our needs. It’s also quiet and easy to manage using the SmartThings app. Best Buy’s home delivery was fast and smooth. The team was professional, respectful of our space, and installed the fridge perfectly without a mess. They also hauled away our old unit, which was a huge help. Overall, the product and service exceeded expectations. Highly recommend both the fridge and Best Buy's delivery experience!

Honestly my delivery drivers were fantastic! Junior (a huge man) literally picked my dishwasher up and walked it into my garage. His partner was great as well. Our floors weren’t down yet, and they said I could call them back out to take everything into my kitchen. They were so nice. I didn’t call them back but it was nice of them to offer that. 10/10 will get bestbuy delivery again.
