The two that delivered the refridgerator were kind and curteous. Great delivery experience. They definitely knew what they were doing.

Got several emails about what to expect from delivery so I could be prepared. Gave me a 4 hour window (who does that nowadays?) and actually arrived in the 1st hour. Delivery people where polite and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Professional and helpful. The gentleman that came out did a great job.

Delivery Was Amazing and on time. The person called me before. Leaving the store and called me two minutes before arrival.. They were instructed where to play the TV and they did.so.

Home delivery on the promised date and time. Delivery folks were polite and professional, including carrying the TV down several flights of stairs.

This team that did the delivery and set up was the best. They made sure that the washer and dryer was placed where I wanted it. The made sure that everything worked before they left.

Delivery guys were extremely communicative and professional. Showed up on time, called with updates throughout the day. Brought in my item with no issues. Will definitely use Best Buy delivery again when the opportunity comes.

My defective Samsung T.V. "Swap out" to a new LG model was smoothly handled by the same Geek Squad Agent I was lucky enough to have help me with my original delivery. He's a great person, super kind, helpful & knowledgeable.

They were professional and efficient. We received a call before delivery and all went smooth.

Best experience ever, they took time to explain all my choices, and took the time to ask questions as to where the tv was going to be placed in my home. They steered, me away from my original more expensive choice and sold me the tv the would be perfect my where the tv was going which was almost 850 dollars less than my original choice. They also assure me by saying if I didn't like it, or it was no good for my space, I could return it. I would highly recommend purchasing at Best Buy to all my friends and relative's

Delivery was fast ,they rang the door bell brought it in wanted to know if every thing looked ok I said yes then off they went
