I bought this GE microwave and I am very satisfied with this

Great service. Crew was on time. They had some obstacles, like narrow doorways, and they found a way to carefully take the old refrigerator out and bring the new one in. Dez and Sebastian were wonderful.

Super Convenient, received a call from the guys to let me know they were just a couple of stops away, my only complaint is that they almost gave me someone else's TV which I caught. I would have loved to have the 10 extra inches on my screen size, but I don't think the person who got my 55" vs their 65" would have been too happy! haha! But the guys were very kind and careful, and they did placed the TV in my lobby at my request. If I wanted them to, I could have had them take it all the way to the room, but I was good with the lobby drop. Very nice service

Home delivery was good. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and delivered the fridge to my home. I did have to pay for it where some places included for free so that kind of sucks but I did buy the fridge despite paying for shipping so far it seems so good after the two weeks I’ve had it

The delivery guys brought the tv right in. They were in and out super quick.

Usually most large purchase/appliance reviews that are negative involve a botched delivery. In my experience, Best Buy/Geek Squad have done better than most. I have yet to be let down by the scheduled delivery services. Our latest appliance was delivered on time with no cosmetic or physical damages. We got everything unpacked and set aside for install at a later date. Could not have asked for more. Keep in mind when buying appliances how well the delivery services are for your large expensive item. See if the marginally cheaper sale prices at competitors stores make up for the larger amount of bad reviews because delivery or installation was mishandled. Perhaps, it is worth the peace of mind to spend a smidge more for less headache/better execution.

The delivery was on time, as expected, and the guys were in with the TV and out of the house within minutes. We set-up the TV ourselves, so this is just for the delivery service.

We've had our refrigerator since September 2025. We just bought a house in August 2025. We love our refrigerator, so much better than our old one. We can listen to music, watch tv on it and find new recipes. We love it! Great for storage. Easy access. Love the beverage center for water! This refrigerator has made our life so much simpler! Thank you!

Drivers were professional and got a large appliance down small steep stairway. Just be prepared that they may arrive slightly outside delivery window
