This was purchased to replace a 27 year old JennAir downdraft. While the dimensions were listed as the same, the new model did not fit the countertop opening. I appreciate that the people who were paid to deliver and install helped by cutting a new opening, the result was not good, and I was charged an extra $100

Delivery came the date promised and earlier than the time stated. The delivery crew called and keep me updated for the delivery.

Technicians were knowledgeable and very thorough. They wore shoe protectors and put down protective mats in the carpet for the installation of my tv. Also friendly. Worth the cost to get a new tv installed.

This was the first time I've used home delivery and installation for a major appliance, and I think I will ONLY use this from now on. I got notifications through email confirming the date which at first showed between 7 am and 7 pm, but the day before it narrowed the window to 130 pm to 530 pm. I got a call from the delivery team telling me they were about 10 minutes out and they were right on time. They are so quick at handling the huge appliances that it made me nervous, but they didn't leave a scratch on a wall or the washer and dryer they were delivering. The only negative is that this was a third party company and the techs arrived in an unmarked box truck. The delivery package included all of the attachments for the washer and dryer - and not the cheap rubbery ones. It came with high quality attachments that I know will last for years. The installation techs fully installed both washer and dryer with attachments and ran test cycles. It was fantastic.
