They called me to see if the could arrive earlier then schedule. This was for my new TV. They hauled away my old TV.

I had an 86 inch TV delivered; the box/packaging of the TV made product much bigger. Way easier to have someone deliver it. Also, they are pretty efficient regarding communicating when they will arrive at your home.

10/10 delivery and set up

The mount that I ordered did not come in time but I was able to get a similar one from the delivery guy. He walked me through how to refund the one that I purchased and price match them since there was a slight difference in cost. Overall very professional and personable workers.

They were on time, professional, efficient and very courteous. I was very impressed with their team work and positive attitude even when a few hiccups presented themselves. They worked as a team and accomplished the task well ahead of schedule! Bravo, Best Buy! You have some great employees!

We have a home in south-west Florida but reside in Ohio. When an appliance goes bad and you are 1200 miles away, it is so nice to have a company like Best Buy to assist, allowing you to purchase remotely, have it delivered and set up . thanks Best Buy Happy washing machine purchase
