Professional and strong staff very happy they called before they came in there is a navigation that you can find on the Best buy website to track them in the time that they are coming

The delivery team was excellent. They had to remove the doors for the fridge to fit between the interior doors. They were very careful bringing it in and took exceptional care installing it as well.

They unloaded in the street, unboxed and hauled away the trash, had our appliance up and running in our garage in 15 minutes. GREAT experience. Great garage ready freezer, fantastic scheduling and delivery. Flawless

A to Z appliance installers were fantastic! Everything looks and operates great! Phil even pointed out that he smelled gas near my oven! Had Nicor out, and there's a small leak at the oven valve. Neat, removed old appliances, showed me how to operate everything. Best Buy uses top installers! And have the best prices!

The Delivery Company that Best Buy uses - Did a great job. Very respectful of property. They laid out mats for installing the Diswasher - which proves they value your property and their product. They also hauled the old diswasher. I was working in the next room and didn't even notice or hear then moving things around. So very happy with their service. They installed the electrical outlet for the dishwasher plug too, so that saved me from spending extra to an electrician. Thank you Nick and Axel.

Delivery team worked quick and brought the fridge up to my second floor apartment.

The home delivery team was great! They communicated with us prior to delivery, arrived at the promised time, and quickly hauled off our old stove and installed the new one. They were very conscientious when coming through the doorways and didn’t make any mess. They also provided some basic instructions for initial use. We have had BB deliveries before and the team always does a great job.

The first delivery crew did not do a professional job, they arrived hours after the expected time. They damaged the appliance and my property; left dents in walls, scraped paint and in my stairs. When I called and complained customer service was Great, Professional and Courteous. They provided a New speedy delivery team and the new team was Professional and completed the job on time, efficiently and with ease.

Properly done, gave me plenty of time to prepare to receive it and the service was friendly

The guys that delivered called before they delivered my TV. It was below freezing out and they couldn't leave a TV outside in those conditions and due to the worry of thieves, if you leave a 50" TV on the porch. These guys were lovely. They were kind and accomodating. They brought it into the house and were very polite. Everything you expect out of great deliver drivers. A+++
