I didnt really know what to expect when getting our TV delivered but it was smooth and well communicated! I got a call the day before letting me know it would be dropped off in the morning and then about 20 minutes before the guys arrived they called me to let me know they were on the way. When they dropped it off they asked if i had any questions and when i said no they were on their way! super quick and painless!

The guy who installed my dishwasher showed me that the other one had not been installed correctly and had tripped the electrical breaker instead of starting a fire. I thought that he did an excellent job on the new dishwasher. However, I have to sart it up to 4 times to get it to stay on.

Delivery guys showed up an hour early (better early than late!), were very patient and helpful as I finished cleaning out my old fridge, and were professional, fast, and efficient at setting my new fridge up in its place. They made moving refrigerators seem miraculously easy. Definitely recommend!

Treadmill plasitc piece of crap, broke as soon as I put the last screw in, plastic leg snapped off. Call center customer service line is terrible, basically told me figure it out. However, delivery wonderful and store manager Antonio at bestbuy Saugus, Ma gets an A plus for fixing a broken call center.

Timely delivery with great service. Delivery driver was willing to roll them to the location where they were needed vs dropping at front door like most services. Only giving 4 stars because one tv was broken but can say for sure it was do to them or manufacturing.

I recently bought a LG TV 86QNED85UQA from Best Buy and decided to get the Geek Squad TV setup and mounting service as well. I was very satisfied with the service and the results. The Geek Squad agents were professional, friendly, and efficient. They arrived on time and completed the installation in less than an hour. They connected it to my Wi-Fi and home theater system, and programmed my remote control. They also explained how to use the TV features and answered all my questions. The replacement refrigerator which was delivered by the second pair of delivery drivers were great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and took their time to get it right. The first drivers not at all.
