Delivery window time frames are challenging. There are so many variables that can mess up a delivery team’s schedule. So, no, the team did not meet the schedule but I called to get some idea how late they would be. Not only was I given a Best Buy gift card for the inconvenience but the delivery team leader called to explain the complications that they were having at the prior delivery. Once the team arrived they were extremely professional. They had the old stove out and the new stove in very quickly. Prior to bringing in the new stove they measured doorways and hallway. Upon bringing the stove in to the house they proceeded carefully making sure no doors or walls were bumped. The team was polite, courteous and great to work with.

They were right in time. They gabe me a heads uo when they were close. They were alao very knowledgeable. The made the delivery very fast and did an amazing job with the installation.

The automatic notifications were great. I knew exactly when they were delivering but was still a bit concerned because there were stairs and it is an apartment door. The gentlemen, not knowing my concerns, called me the day of and gave me an estimate, then called again to let me know they were 15 minutes out. IT WAS GREAT! I was able to have the space cleared, the dog locked up, and they were able to be in and out in a few minutes. Not to mention the kindness of them asking if I would like them to break the seals before they left. SUCH THOUGHTFULNESS!

Service was quick and fast, had to remove door to get item into house. Not happy they used a wrench which tore up my doorframe pins, despite me having a hammer to nail the pin in. They grabbed the pin holders with a wrench and wiggled it til the pins fell in which tore up the metal.
