2d delivery team corrected the install

Couldn’t be happier with the 2nd delivery team. They worked quickly but efficiently!!

They were very helpful with removing the existing tv even though I should have already had it removed before they got here. They were very informative making sure the tv was set up and making sure I knew how to navigate the menu before leaving. Very happy with the service provided!!

HOME DELIVERY is a 5-Star Service!!

Also, the driver called my TracFone to let me know that he had picked up my item and was on his way. Also, by using Best Buy's tracking app, I see the delivery vehicle on its way to my home so I was prepared when the driver knocked at this door. With a service like this, I doubt that I will ever bother with picking up items myself.
