Awesome delivery guys, but BB did not let them know they had to do 3 flights of stairs like I put in the delivery comment section for the 98' TV. Still did it anyways with no problems at all. Highly recommended!

Delivery was fast and I received great communication. The TV was delivered the next day after I ordered. I had to return the first TV I ordered. It was picked up in one day and I was not charged a return fee.

Quick reliable and easy! Picked up the old TV to dispose at the same time as the delivery. A delivery window was given at the time of purchase and then on the day of delivery that window shortened to an hour in length. The delivery was made on time. Would recommend if you do not have a vehicle large enough to bring home a large TV or appliance. Would use again in the future.

This guys were informing me on everything during my wait time on thw delivery. They made a call just before arrival, and several just confirming the detail. Very fast and reliable. They delivered as they promised.

The delivery was prompt and the delivery person were kind to bring the product upto 3rd floor.

The tv works well and has a great oled picture. The new processor is awesome. You can’t go wrong with this tv. The problem is with the hdmi arc output. If you are interested in connecting to a high end Soundbar the Devialet Dione you need to be aware that it will not connect to the said Soundbar using HDMI ARC Output. That limits you to only the optical output that will not carry the Dolby Atmos signal to the Dione. I’ve done everything that could possibly be done to eliminate this problem but to no avail. Two separate Dione’s as well as multiple hdmi cable change outs but nothing worked. Devialet was reluctant to refund the item, but I was not the only customer that was having this problem. This has been my experience, there has been no connection concerns with other Soundbars ie: Sonus, Sony etc. The Devialet Dione is highly rated and highly regarded in the high end hifi community as one of the best. With a price tag of over $2000, you need to be cautious and check with Devialet before purchasing this tv.
