This home delivery from the Best Buy in Cedar Rapids, Iowa was excellent! I purchased a smart TV and sound bar for my Aunt who always had difficulty streaming from her older television. The guys from Best Buy that delivered and setup her system were kind, efficient, and provided great service in their patience showing her how to use her remote to easily access streaming services. I’m over 1,000 miles away, so there’s no way I could help. My Aunt valled me afterwards and was so excited about the new setup and how easy it was for her now. She said the Best Buy folks were very kind and understanding, making sure she could access her channels and streaming before they left.

Great home delivery service. Items arrived intact. Great decision made.

No fault to these guys but Best Buy warehouse does not inspect there merchandise before it goes out the door! Delivery guys showed up unpacked to refrigerators both damaged, after waiting a week and half for first one then another week for second one I decided to keep the first damaged frig. Which had work fine up to that point. There idea of compensating me for all the trouble they created by not delivering an undamaged product ,the time waiting emptying and reloading frig. , and rearranged my house for them to bring in and remove frig. Was a minimum $180. I will not be buying any appliances from Best Buy again!!

Delivery was fast, efficient and skillfully done. Both men were respective of us and worked well to get the job done. They took the time to tell what to do and time frames involved.

Setting up the television was fairly easy. You may want to read the manual ahead of time to know how you want to set things up. I have a somewhat older surround sound system, and reading the manual ahead of time made set up fairly easy. The picture on this television is absolutely amazing. The on-screen menus are fairly easy to navigate through, but I wish you could remove more of the preset apps. There are two cons in my opinion. The first being I've had to reset the remote twice. Not sure what the deal is with that, I actually had to call support the first time it happened and it turns out the battery went dead and I have to charge it for about 10 minutes before the reset would actually even work. It happened the second time a few days later and it had nothing to do with the battery. But after you reset it again it seems to be fine. The remote has a solar panel on the back to self recharge I could have swore I turned it over every night to charge itself during the day. I have just started charging it with a cord every few days. Note they don't provide a cord. The second one is that if you have to use the buttons on the TV it's nearly impossible, they're underneath front of the screen and it's almost impossible to see which buttons you have to press. Having them on the side of the TV would make it easier.

Unfortunately my girlfriend fell and broke the screen I'm not upset with her or the store i just wish I would have bought the extra warranty protection plan. My bad.

Easy in room delivery, but the product was very easy to deliver

I purchased a tv and chose delivery because I couldn't figure out how to pick it up with a child seat (and child) in my car. Also, I wasn't sure if it would fit in my car without the child seat as box dimensions are not listed and I thought it would arrive safer than if it were shipped. Luckily, the delivery was free. I'm not sure if that was because of a promotion (Black Friday weekend) or if it has to do with a price threshold, but it was a nice surprise. You get to pick a date from available openings and then choose an available window. Choose a day that you don't have to go anywhere because the windows are wide. My block was from 7am to 1pm. You can also change the date very easily in the app if needed. They give you a confirmation call a few days ahead and then a couple of texts the day before and something like 20 before they think they'll arrive. You have a couple of choices as to how they drop it off for you. Options like leaving at the front door, putting in garage and taking to a specific room. I chose for the garage option as I'm lazy and didn't want to tidy up... also, Covid. They arrived pretty early in my time slot and were gone in less than 2 minutes. I had my toddler in hand when I let the gentleman in my garage and upon seeing this he offered to bring the tv into the house for me, even though I chose the garage option. I declined, but thought that was great customer service, going above and beyond.
