Best Buy’s delivery service has been one of the most reliable I’ve used. My orders always arrive on the day promised, and I appreciate the real-time tracking updates. When I bought a TV, the team not only delivered it on schedule but also carried it right into the room I needed—no stress, no damage. What sets Best Buy apart is the professionalism of their delivery staff. They’re punctual, careful, and respectful of my home. Even with larger appliances, setup and haul-away have been smooth and efficient. Shopping online only works when delivery is dependable, and Best Buy consistently proves they take this seriously. It’s one of the main reasons I keep choosing them for big-ticket electronics.

I don't know why Best Buy encourages me to review things that are free. I've always been of the opinion that you get what you pay for, but in this case, it's win/win. The TV was delivered to my living room, and I was able to schedule delivery and get up to the minute text updates. Better than Amazon for my money.

Recently bought a dryer and had it delivered. I was expecting them to just drop it off and we’d have to move it ourselves but No. They brought the dryer inside out of the box with all the pieces and took my old dryer. Such an easy process

Best Buy home delivery is the absolute best. Every time I have them deliver something they never disappoint. Ultra fast, professionals. I totally recommend Best Buy home delivery when possible.

Great communication and the delivery team was courteous and efficient. Took less than 10 minutes and you would not even know they had entered the house.

Delivery arrived 30 minutes before the projected delivery window, was preceded by a quick confirmation phone call and text, and was completed quickly and seamlessly. Didn't catch their names, but would have liked to commended the two gentlemen involved with the delivery, very professional.

Well had this fridge picked up and delivered 3 times, 1st fridge had a twisted water line, it would not dispense water or make any ice, the issue with the 1st delivery was that it first displayed they were arriving around 2:22pm and then time kept changing and i was stuck watching the clock and couldn't leave home, then when they did make it once of the delivery team member dropped the fridge on his side when they we're lifting with their shoulder belts and lastly they really couldn't help with simple things on fridge just pointed to the instructions because i didn't pay for installation (which was free if i had known i just needed to buy a water line for $17.99 which i was not informed at the time of purchase at the store and i learned on my own and added the 2nd delivery), the 2nd delivery was great but fridge had a couple of dings (maybe from the dolly. Idk) both delivery drivers we're great and completed all tasks, answered all questions, last final delivery was so so, because the driver was so much in a hurry that i had to keep calling him from outside to finish the install because he'd leave plastics and wrappings inside of fridge, guess maybe because it was day before Thanksgiving i guess i can understand
