The 3 gentlemen that delivered the washer were great. Very gentle and careful with not banging the product. Installed the tubes with ease. Made sure that the washer worked properly by running a 30 minute cycle. Thank you!

I was originally supposed to have the washer and dryer installed on the Saturday before but the dryer had not been delivered. The Geek Squad delivery guy called to inform me the day of delivery that it was not in. Although this was frustrating (thinking I should have been contacted the day before and not the day of) I was still informed. The guy asked questions during the call and was able to answer some concerns I had about limited space and even told me about another dryer vent that would allow me to have the dryer safely installed. Several days passed by and the washer and dryer were delivered. He called prior to delivery, came in and checked out the space and then he and his partner came and installed the washer and dryer. They informed me of a dent on the side of the dryer that could have happened in transit and advised me on next steps once they reported the problem to Best Buy. Overall the first set of delivery guys were awesome. Now when I returned the first set and ordered the second set, this guy was not as friendly and seemed that he only wanted to get the job done. He did not care much about the questions I had when he called the day before delivery. And when he came to deliver he wasn’t as friendly as the first and he did not care to show me how the washer and dryer worked although I went from LG front load to LG top load. He also pushed the dryer back too far and smushed/crushed the vent.

Stove looks good... They worked very fast... so fast that they didnt connect the anti tip bracket to the wall and stove. They also almost forgot the level they used. Im also missing a rack for the inside stove... unless it only comes with 1 in the stove and 1 in the broiler. I could be wrong. All in all... not bad... not great

Drawers and shelves not as accessible as previous Samsung. It is an attractive addition to our kitchen but not friendly when it comes to storing various sized items. Refrigerator drawers require both doors to be open for access to drawer contents. Disappointed to find crack inside refrigerator; don’t know when it happened or if it has been there from the day it was delivered.
