Two guys delivered the TV and stand. They assembled the stand from its box and then attached the TV. They took the time to tuned the TV in a manner that was easy for me to use. They helped me understand the remote and the options avaiable on the TV and remote. Very congential guys. it was worth the money to have the TV delivered and installed to get things rolling for me.

Delivery was set up and we were kept informed and they were on time.

We had purchased th4e smaller refrigerator originall, but when delivered the it4em did not fit because our ref, is built in and it had a projection on the side which prevented it from fitting. T he delivery person then said he felt that the 27 cu. ft. would fit perfectly, was less expensive and bigger. When delivered by other employees they said it would not fit and didn't even try. the 1st emp. saw it sitting at the store that night and called us and asked if he couldn't bring it in the morning as he was sure it would fit, he delivered it as promised, it fit, and we were extremely happy with his persistence and feel he should be rewarded.

If I could rate the first set of drivers I would give them a ONE star. But the second team totally redeemed the FEEBLE non-existent work ethics of the first by far, so I'll give the second team a 5 star. Purchased a new Oven/Dryer along with and install and haul away of the old units, all to be done at the SAME time on the SAME day. On the day of the delivery/Install/Haul away the first drivers/installers dropped off the Oven/Dryer then said they didn't know about any install/haul away and drove off, leaving the oven/dryer in the garage. Fuming I went to Best Buy the next day and fortunately spoke with a manager named Jackie. Thank goodness she was on the ball, professional and actually cared to follow through with my plight. She immediately set up a new appointment and later followed through with me for an earlier install/haul away. This was much appreciated, since I made sure to have someone there on the day planned for the initial install/haul away of the oven/dryer. Now to the new team that actually did the hard work of hauling the oven upstairs and install the oven/dryer. One was named Jamal and unfortunately I didn't get the other ones name. Both were very hard workers. Did a really good job, cleaned up after themselves. I hope they get some credit for this good review. I noticed their efforts and wanted to thank them.
