Excellent Delivery Service

I can see in the tracker the delivery was lost. All fine after a phone call from the delivery team, however it did make me late for an appointment. Otherwise the team was professional and courteous and diligent with the drop.

Grace under pressure-Great Customer Service

The number was correct on the order, but it was 1 number off from the one I wanted. After the very friendly, and thorough installers set it up, I discovered the problem. They very graciously apologized for the mistake-although it was not their mistake, and explained how to go into the store and get the machine I wanted, They said that since the washer was set up, I should use it until the correct one was delivered. They handled a sticky situation with every courtesy.

Quick, Competent and Respectful

They arrived within the scheduled time. They called to confirm when we were the next delivery. The washing machine exchange was quicky and competently completed. We've used Best Buy several times in the last 10 years ir more and definitely recommend their services.
