Greg and his other guy was very nice and did a great job bring in the washer, Dryer and refrigerator in to my house. They hooked up the washer and dryer and made sure they were working ok. And then put my refrigerator in my kitchen.

I love this tv, it is exactly as advertised! Definitely recommended.

Excellent Customer service right from placing order to delivery of the item. I had recently placed an order for delivery of a washer and everything happened within 2-3 days and smoothly. They installed my washer so fast and also helped haul away my old one. They seemed to be knowledgable and experts in their work.

I knew my new 75" tv was going to be too heavy for me to assemble and place on my stand, so I paid the Geek Squad to do it. They did a good job and were very knowledgeable, but I think $200 is way too much unless you're mounting it on a wall. If you're already spending over $2k for a tv, I think it should be free (or at least discounted) for them to assemble the base and put it on a stand. Also, when you arrange a delivery date, you can't reserve a time. They text you the night before the delivery and give you a 4-hour window. It would be nice to be able to pick a delivery window when you choose the date.

Great experience with this delivery. I received an email and a text and a phone call As to the time frame they would arrive. They came right on time, very friendly , clean , wore masks, social distanced, and delivered it into my room directly. I will be using Best Buy again for home deliveries.

Home delivery went well. I appreciate that the drivers tried reaching me more than once after I missed the first attempts. They brought the electric range up the stairs and into my apartment with care and ease. They were also very polite and friendly as they entered my home. This was a great service. I had four employees show up, they measured, and put the TV exactly where I wanted it. The TV was over 100 pounds so it would have been difficult to do on my own.
