I loved how down to the minute their delivery time was. I was given a large window to start, but by 9 PM they sent a smaller window in the day of was given an exact time. They were prompt and helpful and box and brought in my washing machine. I was a little bummed they did not hook up, however.

I added home delivery for a washing machine so I did not have to go through the trouble of picking it up in a truck. I was alerted when the washer was on the way. When the drivers arrived, they were courteous. They delivered it right into my garage where I wanted it, unboxed it, and hauled away the trash. Everything was quick and easy!

Love the fact, you don’t have to worry about any kind of damages while you’re moving it yourself or not able to lift it or carrier or the car being too small. Enjoyed the delivery right on time.

Have used Best Buy delivery three times and am very happy with their service. With the exception of the dishwasher (our cabinets proved especially difficult to work in), the guys were in and out in no time. Very friendly and helpful.

The delivery and install of our 85 inch TV was awesome! We were so happy with the installers. It was like they were never even here. It was so clean afterwards. Very happy and satisfied with the service.

Samsung QN90A 85" TV. For under $2500 on sale now there is nothing else to say but it's flat out awesome at this price level and nothing else competes unless you want to spring for a smaller OLED or just want to spend more. I also have the 75" and the 50" in the same model. So far watching any of these TV's has been nothing but enjoyable. Samsung's OS is also excellent and I use it for all of my streaming services including YTTV, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney, Discovery+, Plex . All stream flawlessly on these sets so no need for any external streaming devices which makes for easy setup and stupid simple operation. Alexa integration works well so mostly never even need to use the remote at all. Flat out you cannot go wrong with this model, get em' while they last because the replacement is not only more expensive it so far has not produced the same level of overall quality that this model does. Not sure why that happens so often with manufacturers and specifically on the top-end models in the lineups.
