Awesome TV .. purchased for more than a year and no issues observed so far. picture quality is very good. Screen up time is less than 5 seconds . WiFi disconnects are very rare, so you don’t need to connect it every now and then when you turn on your TV which I saw with my previous different brand TV. Roku remote is good . There is only one issue seen so far that sometimes the Roku App on TV gets overloaded if you add many characters and to clear that cache you need to physically turn the TV off and then On. Seen this issue only few times though.

Came on time clean professional removed my old dishwasher no problems with installment so far and no additional cost

I'm very pleased with the home delivery service provided by Best Buy. We recently moved into a new house so we've been having a number of items delivered from various stores in the area, and so far the Best Buy experience has been one of the best if not the best. The delivery personnel communicated their arrival time accurately. They then wore shoe covers so they wouldn't mark up our new floors. This delivery required that they bring a washer and dryer up a long staircase to the second floor of the house, and they did this without bumping the items into the wall or the staircase hand rail. Finally, they hooked up the items without issue, and briefly demonstrated the functions of them to my wife and I. The delivery of our refrigerator by this same delivery team was also done very professionally and without issue. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to have Best Buy deliver any large appliance or television purchases, and I'll definitely use this service again in the future.

I used home delivery for a dryer and the communication, delivery process and overall experience was excellent! My dryer has to go upstairs and they helped me with all of it. I have 3 children 5 and under and the delivery team was very professional, respectful and so very helpful.

Bryan was super helpful and considerate. It was his first induction range install, and he made sure all the burners were working, the clock was set, and we knew the basics before he left. He also made sure we ran the oven for 30 minutes to get rid of any manufacturing oils. He also gave us his card in case we had any problems before the return date.

Great product after a year of getting this I love it would not go with anything else

I had a meetong going on so I couldn’t pick up the call when they came to setup, but they waited for a while and came in. They fixed the mount with precision. Took out the tv from the box with such care, mounted the tv. They even helped clean up a bit. All the process was very quick. I really liked the whole experience.

Home delivery is the only way to go. Near Waikiki beach, so getting the appliances into the condo would have been a major pain for me. These guys made it look easy. Save yourself the trouble and let these guys do the work.

We love our new Samsung refrigerator! I did a lot of research before making this purchase and really shopped our actually opening all of the floor models. We had such limited space in our older fridge. We actually have room to spare in the fridge and freezer. The selling point was the flex drawer. We desperately needed space for drinks and this served its purpose. I use the flex drawer solely for drinks and everyone loves it. It holds a TON! I was also worried the freezer wouldn't fit as much and boy was I wrong. Again, holds everything we needed with room to spare. Nothing gets lost, you can spot everything you have which is again far superior to our last freezer. The one issue we are having is that we have yet to get the water line hooked up. We paid extra for Best Buy/Geek Squad to install but we have the fridge located in an addition on the house where no water was hooked in. So we have to pay a plumber to come out to set up this service. I am sure this is a rare occurrence. I also would like to point out that the team that delivered our fridge to this older home with more narrow frames, did AMAZING. They were so careful and efficient. I could not believe it. Truly amazing team.

The guys came a little late, but at least they called to let me know, and to let me know when they were on their way from the last stop. They followed instructions well regarding backing up the truck up a slightly steep driveway, but once they got to the area, they knew what to do. They hauled the old dryer away, and completed the installation without any issues. Great job !!
