Sony TV is outstanding as was sales/installation reps. Purchase and delivery/installation experience couldn't have been better! Price match program is borderline dishonest. Was opposite of point of sales and installation experience.

The gentlemen that came to my house to deliver my washer and dryer were amazing! I had a very narrow space to get them through and they managed to do it! They also walked me through the step by step process on how to use the items I purchased. Absolutely amazing people.

I purchased the washer because my present washer has some problems and I needed a new one so purchased the washer from best buy before the washer that I had went so I have two washers in the house waiting for the other one to expire the reason for the purchase was the low price of the washer I couldn't pass it up

The delivery experience was excellent from start to finish. The team arrived on time, handled everything with care, and made sure the washer was set up exactly where I wanted it. They were polite, efficient, and respectful of my home, and they even took the time to explain the basics before leaving. Overall, the process was smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how professional and helpful the delivery crew was.

Fast and easy, the workers brought it right into my house in the living room.

We were concerned about getting a 100” TV up 2 flights of stairs. The guys figured it out and all worked together to get it done. They delivered promptly and as scheduled with good communication. They were very focused on not marring the walls while moving the giant upstairs. Appreciated their care with the TV and the walls.

Zach with Best Buy Delivery was great! He was so polite and very professional. He let me change my delivery address ( I had originally set it to my parents house incase we weren’t home) but ended up being home and he brought it right to us! Fast and efficient !

This was the first time I had encountered the Geek Squad. All of their competitors could take notes from these guys! Great communication, on time delivery and flawless installation. Two wine coolers ... they unboxed them in the truck, carried them around the house to the lower level, and installed them under the cabinets ... leveling and all ... it was absolutely painless!

Delivery and haul away service was great! The crew was extremely nice and easy to work with. Hauling away my old washer and installing the new washer took no more than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
