They were not in a rush...took their time to insured it was installed correctly and asked for our input with each step, They also explained all the functions of the remotes and demonstrated the best way to move the TV

They arrived sooner than intended, and was able to easily bring my washer and dryer up a flight of stairs. However, they did leave tracks and dirt in my house. I also left a $100 dollars out as a test to see if they steal it and they didn't.

The appliance had to be lifted to fit into the space where we wanted it. The delivery people were courteous, observed COVID protocols and made sure we were satisfied with how they placed it. They also checked to make sure it was working before they left. It was worth the additional cost of installation to avoid injury.
