I work from home so being able to stick to the window wasn't a problem for me. The delivery agents were spot on with everything. I had received the email the day before showing my narrowed arrival window, then on the day of my Agent called me 30 minutes before he arrived just to go over everything and let me know that he was on the way. When they pulled up he came to the door and verified all my information, and they had my TV pulled and off the truck in just a few moments! They brought it right in and set it down in the room I was asking them to without any issues. Just the normal how to get service, warranty, and signatures accepting the delivery and they were off to the next appointment. These guys were extremely helpful, friendly, informative, and respectful.

Its been almost 5 years and the still washer looks new and works very efficient! Very easy to operate and the self clean is the best feature for me, No damp, musty odor and clothes smell very fresh after washing, Very happy with my samsung washer purchase.

Came when they said they would and dropped 85 inch tv into bedroom where i wanted it. They no longer hang it unless you pay a fortune but I got it hung with help of family.
