Best Buy's delivery speed is almost consistently quick, but occasionally they do tend to take their sweet time, but all in all almost every time that I order from best buy, they do usually arrive fairly quick, like in about 3-4 days quick and that's without any amazon prime likes benefits or anything.

I really enjoy my new Refrigerator it is exactly what I wanted. The delivery was excellent. The delivers were very nice and knowledgeable.

One of the best TVs I have owned by a mile. (i) The picture quality is great, with vibrant colors and deep blacks. (ii) The contrast and brightness are impressive, even in well-lit spaces. (iii) The sound is clear and immersive, enhancing the viewing experience, and (iv) the smart features are intuitive and easy to navigate. Overall, a top-tier TV that delivers excellent value for the price.

Communication: The delivery team contacted me before leaving to confirm that I was at home, which I greatly appreciated. This advance notice made the process smooth and hassle-free. Service: The delivery itself was prompt and efficient. The team was professional and handled the washer with care, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. Overall Experience: Overall, the home delivery service was excellent. The clear communication and careful handling of the appliance made for a stress-free experience. Had a tv that either needed fixed via Geek Squad and moved w/in the house or if unable to fix, we would have needed to purchase a new tv to replace. There were a lot of moving parts to what we needed. When I explained the situation to Frank, he was extraordinary on listening, advising, setting up the service to be most beneficial to us. His direction was spot-on - our television was able to be salvaged - We had one blip - needed our cable company come out to fire up the outlet where we were moving the tv so we needed to reschedule Geek to come out and finish the mounting. When dealing w/ the toll free service, that was very frustrating - took 3 calls, over a half hour each conversation to try to arrange. When I went to the store to speak to Geek face to face, they took me to Best Buy representative which just so happened to be Frank. He took the reigns again and made the game plan to complete the job. Each interaction w/ Frank was extraordinary. And, our face to face interaction w/ Geek was tremendous. Call center & the 3rd Party experience was not. You are extraordinarily blessed to have Frank representing your brand!

I ordered a Samsung dishwasher, which was delivered within a week. U am in love with this dishwasher so far. It is quiet and does a great job of cleaning and drying. I love that it tells me it is starting and gives me many options. The third shelf is my favorite. We had it delivered, and the delivery driver was courteous and polite. He installed my dishwasher in a timely manner and went over the basics and answered any questions I had. He cleaned up as he went and left my home the same as when he entered it.

Worth the money… very professional people… got everything done quick
