First, hats off to the Best Buy delivery team for the timely & professional delivery of my new LG washing machine & the haul away of my old washer. The new LG washer exceeded my expectations by providing the ability to customize each load of wash to our particular wants & needs. The ability to run a "quick" load or to add water to a load are great options that we use often. The washer was highly recommended by the Best Buy expert sales team & by my trusted Consumer Reports magazine. My wife & I are very proud of ourselves for deciding on this LG model & hope it will last the 25 years of service our Maytag washer provided.
