Easy peasy delivery process

I needed an afternoon delivery time. No problem getting that. They called me when they left the delivery before my delivery, giving me a time frame as to when they would be pulling up to the house. They unboxed the unit in the truck. Keeping all the box and styrofoam and taking it back to their shop. One worker measured all the doorways they had to get past for delivery, the other used the Tommy lift to bring the unit down to ground level. They carried the fridge in the house using a two man, two strap method. It took about 3 minutes from strapped up to into the kitchen and plugged in. Very happy with the delivery service and the mem that came out to deliver.

They also easily maneuvered it through tight spaces, ensuring that it was level and properly connected; they explained the features and best practices for first-time users; and, finally, they left the area spotless. I strongly recommend this service.

They let us know when they were on their way, though their timeline was a bit off. They flat out refused to deliver our treadmill to our basement stating that the box would never fit, and they may have been right, so they left it in our garage instead. Overall we appreciated this option as our treadmill never would have fit in our car.
