The communication from best buy was exceptional!! There were emails explaining the specifics, there were texts according to the delivery, a phone call the day before, a phone call tellinv me they were on their way, excellent communication! The delivery people were awesome. They delivered on time and called ahead like they were supposed to. Very professional. It says would I recommend this item. The item I would recommend is the service, not the item that was brought, but that’s not the delivery guy’s fault.

delivery can be tricky at times. you get that lovely 4 hour window with no idea when they'll arrive, you don't know if they'll track mud in or be as gentle with your new product as you would. but I've had a few best buy deliveries now and they're always great. they called when they were about 20 to 30 minutes away which gave me time to make sure i was home, the dog was put away and the space for delivery was set. i had to run across the street to help my grandpa and knowing they would call with a 20 min warning made it possible for me to do quick things away from the house without worrying about missing them. (however, in the past, with other delivery people, i've had them call when they are just 5 min out but best buy customer support told me they have to wait at least 15 min at the house for you) so that was comforting. anyway, they brought my tv in, up to the living room, i signed the paper and they were gone within about 5 min. ( i didn't have install etc) its important to note they didn't just leave it in the entry way but take it up to where ever you want it to be placed. for me this meant up a flight of stairs as well. good service, as advertised, no complaints.

Its a great overall TV with features that shpuld satisfy everyone's needs. Google TV platform is great and robust with simple to navigate options. It pairs beautifully with the Playstation 5 and has really great viewing angles. The room I have this TV in isn't super bright most of the time but it isnt what I would call dark either. This is my favorite TV in the house and I have other Tvs from LG and Samsung. So for my money, the picture quality and colors just cant be beat on this Sony model.

Everything came sealed, complete, and in perfect condition. The tracking updates were accurate the entire time, so I always knew where the package was. delivery seemed fine except my tv had the evervslightest chip on the very corner... delivery guy was chill even tho parking can be cumbersome on my street. what i didnt like is how they tell you ur tv will arive between 7:00 am and 1:00pm. thats a 6 hour window that i need to stop my life for so best buy can do their thing. and then you may or may not get a message the day before that the window is between 9 and 1. which is "better" but not that better. the delivery guy calls me at around 11 or after and says he is headed towards me. i get a confirmation message from best buy that the guy will be arrive by 12:00. Guy arrives at 12:20ish and the delivery takes 2 seconds. wasnt the happiest camper when i woke up at 7 am to see that best buy sent a message during the night that the tv will be sent between 9 and 1, just to recieve the tv basically at the last acceptible time. did they do their job? yes. can they do their job better? 4000% yes. satisfied but with a 6 hours of waiting bitter taste in mouth. but what can i do? i dont have a car big enough to pick it up myself.
