Set up originaly gives you an eight hour window for delivery. The day before delivery date the delivery guys called and gave me a one hour window that they would be there and verified where I was located. Was just a drop and go but they were quick and vefy polite for the few minutes they were at my house.

They were quick, timely, and efficient, taking no more than 15 minutes to deliver the new fridge and taking away the old one.

You get what you pay for

Somehow it seems smaller even though the outside is the same size. I like to lift the door with my foot and on this model, instead of pushing the top rack in, it just gets caught on the soap dispenser. The bottom rack constantly falls off the track. Our average sized plates hit the sprinkler of the upper rack if not put in at an angle. Larger mugs don't fit as well. Again, you get what you pay for.

He answered all questions asked and was very knowledgeable. Installation was quick and he cleaned up after he was done. He arrived on time and kept me informed of the time frame of arrival.

I was kept informed at all times and once they arrived they did everything quickly and set up my new appliances after removing the old ones . Very happy with the service Best Buy provided me.
