Best Buy free home delivery was something that made us choose Best Buy for our TV purchase. We could have bought our new TV at a different store for a comparable price but would have had to drive it home ourselves and carry in. We didn't want to do that. The men who delivered our TV were great and careful to place our TV where we needed it. No issues.

We loved the home delivery. That made it easy for us. The 2 delivery men were incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. They came exactly when they said they would and quickly installed our new TV.

The picture quality is amazing. I upgraded from a older Sony Bravia. Make sure you get help putting this up. You NEED 3 strong people. We set this on a BDI Corridor 8179 where it sits perfectly with just an inch to spare on both sides. Thank goodness for the wheels on this console. Not a big fan of Google TV. Apps were really buggy and we had to reset the Apple TV (app) on the TV which was buried in a menu somewhere. Also we weren’t able to get the TV speakers to work simultaneously when an jack was connected to the headphone input which was possible on my older XBR55. We believe it’s not supported. So if there is anything to complain about, it’s the software. It is however really responsive and quick. If you have the PS5 make sure you configure the hdmi modes correctly. You also get a good collection of movies with Bravia Core and it has to be done on the TV. Bottom line - this is a really bright crisp display that has beautiful colors straight out of the box. PS: Make sure you have sunglasses handy. ;-)

My delivery arrived without a hitch. I was given plenty of notifications before the delivery and the driver called to ask where he could park. I actually just went out and helped him out by grabbing the TV myself and taking it up the stairs, but he also offered to do it. Thankfully, most of the TVs are light enough for one person these days. :)

The two guys who brought our fridge and washer and dryer were quick, clean, professional, courteous, knowledgeable (they did the install for all three including water/ice for the fridge). They were really nice guys.
