Had BestBuy delivery 83-inch TV to my residence. Notified me of delivery timing and status; actually arrived 15-20 minutes ahead of schedule. Delivery team wrestled a very large carton down to lower level and positioned it to my specifications. Confirmed that delivery met my expectations before leaving. Great job.

I wish I could remember the guys' names. I am doing them a great disservice because you need to have these guys deliver your new items. Great personalities, great customer service. They were careful with my stove and dishwasher. Installed what they could, took away the old dishwasher. And then, when there was an issue with the new dishwasher, they were very prompt with swapping it out with a new one. No complaints from the about the rework. Its probably store policy, but they kept apologizing for the inconvenience. Totally not required. Fellas, sorry I forgot your names. You two are Great, Great people.

Love my Bosch, one thing, though. the "clean" light does not work when the cycle finishes, the Dw is so quiet you're not sure if you have a done load until you check. A minor inconvenience, but when I queried Bosch they said reset (I did, did not help) or call a service tech. I mean, it is brand new Overall happy

Install team was great and very clean and efficient. They were on time and once shown where the old dishwasher was they got right to work. Covered their feet and put down floor coverings. I did not have to disconnect the old one or do anything to help. My dishwasher is installed under the counter and all I did before the team arrived was to empty the cabinet under the sink next to it so the team would be able to get access to the garbage disposal and plumbing with nothing in the way. The team quickly disconnected the old one and removed it to their delivery truck with no mess. They brought the new one in and installed it right away. They even had to install a plug since the original house wires were too short to reach the new dishwasher. All was done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up so you can’t tell anything was ever done. I’m very happy Best Buy included removal and install with this purchase as other stores we’re trying to charge a premium for the service and wanted me to have the old one out and ready for them to haul away. Recommend Best Buy and the price match was an extra bonus! This was done during the covid 19 lockdown and the team took all precautions to keep everyone safe. Best install team I have had.
