Team was efficient. Moved quickly and I was impressed with how they proceeded with moving the appliance in and out of the home.

The two people who delivered the item were friendly and professional. They called before coming to tell me they were on the way. They even arrived earlier than the 4 hour window, which was great! They unpacked and installed the appliance really quickly and answered all of our questions. They were great!

Of course the old dryer died so it was time to get a new one and I wasn't going to play the solar powered dryer game for any longer than I had to. Is not a lot I can say that would be negative about this machine. Seems super sturdy comes up to temperature quick and the added bump of the anti-wrinkle mode at the end is pretty cool for when you're stuck watching TV and forget about the clothes in the dryer. There's nothing like getting that new new and seeing how bad off the old truly was for as long as I was using it LOL definitely recommend

Home delivery was fast, competent and complete. I've had other companies do home delivery too, with less than satisfactory results. BestBuy was by far the best.

The 3 gentleman that delivered and installed were amazing! So nice, professional and helped me feel comfortable that they would take care of the product and asked if i had any questions or had any other needs.

Service with a smile, and excellent attitudes. Delivery guys were very respectful, On time and Even removed their shoes as not to track any to brie on to my rugs. Installed and set up my appliance , Showed me how everything works and educated me on the appliance. Even All the way the Box and foam . If you're thinking about having something delivered I would highly recommend it, was a great experience.

Love both the washer and dryer. Though I gave 4 star review due to the washer being loud.

Guy's did a great job. Called me 30 min before arriving. Place the washer in it's location and took away the trash. And showed me how to use it.

Well worth the money. The delivery carried both washer/dryer up two flights of stairs. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The brought all additional parts required that I was not aware of.
