Delivery guy was great. No hassle installation and made sure to check and make sure that every part of the new fridge was in working order before he left. Even helped us through a few basic maintenance tips for the new unit.

The guys who delivered were fast and reliable! They asked me if I had any questions, made sure I looked at my product and that the product was working properly before leaving. They also hooked up my new washer for me! They super kind and definitely recommend them as your delivery professionals.

My delivery was perfect. The drivers called to let us know they were coming soon and were three stops away. Called to say they were on their way and also called when arrived. Very professional I have no complaints.

Bought my TCL 4K QLED from Best Buy in 2021, and the picture quality is still fantastic! The Best Buy installation was professional and efficient. They did a flawless job setting up the TV. Highly recommend both the TCL QLED line and the installation service. That hits the key points (great TV, great long-term value, excellent service) in just a few lines!

I recently got a Samsung range delivered, and I’m really happy with both the range and the delivery experience! The range looks sleek, cooks evenly, and is super user-friendly with easy-to-clean surfaces. The home delivery team was great—arrived on time, unpacked everything, and installed it perfectly, securing the anti-tip bracket and leveling it without issues. They tested it to ensure it worked and cleaned up all the packaging. Just make sure your gas valve or outlet is up to code and the space is measured beforehand, as they’re thorough about requirements. Overall, a smooth process and a fantastic range—highly recommend!

The Guys were Great very care in coming into the house took out the old friges hook up the new one.

While the initial delivery window of 'between 7am and 7pm was somewhat disturbing, later communications were between 7am and 12 PM. Received a call from delivery around 8:30 am announcing delivery in -approximately 20 minutes'. Delivery arrived in approximately 20 minutes and delivery unexpectedly paid the 'gate pass' for the community in which I live.

You always hear story’s of awful delivery’s. But I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Best Buy’s delivery services. The guys went above and beyond what they needed to. They need a raise.

So far I am very happy with my LG TV. This is because of the gentleman ISAAC SANTIAGO who helped me choose this TV. My purchase was made at store 1531 in Manhattan. Mr Santiago was patient, knowledgeable and personable. I am very grateful to him The 2 gentlemen who came to connect my TV were wonderful! They arrived on time on connected my New TV expertly

The men in their delivery van showed up on time and did an exceptional job. Install involved removing the fridge doors and they didn't complain at all, despite it raining. Equipment was put in place, hooked up, and not a scratch anywhere. Excellent crew.

The transportation and installation teams demonstrated the highest level of skill and dedication. I have confidence in Best Buy and their team.

Best washer and dryer we've ever purchased. Love the fact of how quiet they are while washing and drying clothes. But what we love the most is the capacity of laundry it holds. It seemed like my wife was doing laundry every day with our old washer and dryer. Now with these new ones she might do laundry twice a week. Definitely recommend
