The best Buy crew notified me of the expected delivery time and arrived on time. They quickly unpacked the new range outside, came in and disconnected and removed the old range before installing the new range. They did a great job in checking to be sure it was level and then turned on all the burners and ovens to be sure everything worked properly. As requested, they then hauled the old range away for recycling.

Provided a window of delivery time and called ahead to confirm that an early delivery would be acceptable. Delivery and install was great.
