Home was great! They called when they were a half hour away. The 2 gentleman worked well together to get the Tower Washer and Dryer in the house along with my 55 inch TLC TV. No damage was done. They both were very knowledgeable at their job. You could definitely tell

I had a delivery of a stove and the 2 gentlemen who delivered it were great! They had to go up a few steps to get into the house and make two right turns before reaching the stoves destination. The only thing I wish they would have done was connect the wiring harness to the stove so I could plug it in. They were fast and efficient in and out in less than five minutes

We needed a larger freezer and Best Buy happened to have one. Our orher freezer was half the size, crowded, and hard to find something in it. This freezer has far more room and easy to categorize frozen foods. Very happy with our purchase.

The installation of my new stove exceeded my expectations in all the best ways. A few months ago, I had the worst home delivery & installation experience one could ever imagine. If I hadn't already made the purchase for this stove, I certainly wouldn't have after that. That experience set the bar extremely low for this experience. However, even with my extremely low previous expectation, I had quite possibly the best home delivery & installation experience I've had as a home owner. The installation team was prompt, kind, & accommodating. I felt like they approached the installation with care. It made me feel appreciated as a customer. It restored my opinion of Bestbuy and removed my hesitance to make purchases from the business in the future. The two young men that visited my home during this installation were honestly a pleasure.

Excellent. They allowed me to check refrigerator I ordered. Found it was clean and new in condition. The movers brought refrigerator into my home carefully and with proper tools assembled internal binds. They were courteous and wore clean uniforms.

I had a great experience with Best Buy. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The store was well organized, and I was able to find what I needed easily.
