Best Buy home delivery for 65” Roku TV

Delivery gone bad

On the day of the delivery we were able to track the delivery and it seemed to be five minutes away and then the next update we received it was canceled. It was next to impossible to get in touch with anybody. It took me three different people to actually find out why it was canceled. I had to wait another week and take another day off to get it rescheduled. I was beyond frustrated. The scheduled next delivery set up all went well.

Best Buy is one if the only places with actual goid cystomer service anymore!! Pre-order the in-store staff us great. And they don't disappear if there are problems post-ordering. Their installs are on time, friendly, and they do the job right....the whole job....theyve never left me with any mess to clean up. Im dusabled and don't have diy as an option for most things and this is a no-stress way around thar. Never had a bad experience and they make sure the set up is done and i know how to start using it before they leave. Definately do it!!

Was a smooth experience. Pros: - Got reminders for the delivery date and time window (normally 4-6 hrs). - Got delivery alert 20 mins before delivery. - Delivery itself was fast & smooth. - Best if all, it was free service. Overall satisfied with experience Thanks.
