Guys were great. Didn't need them to hook anything up, just had them unpack and leave with the cardboard.

Drivers came even though they had to go through road construction which made it difficult for small vehicles! Very friendly and brought it all the way into my theater room!

The men were there first thing in the morning delivering and installing my new dishwasher. They were finished and gone in about 30 minutes. Angel was awesome, very courteous, professional and friendly. It is refreshing when things go smoothly and as planned on day of delivery. Oh, and I love my new dishwasher!

Can’t beat the fast efficient delivery of our tv, scheduler kept us in the loop every step via email and delivered it on the exact day well within the time limit

Professional, friendly, and easy. I don't have a truck, so it was nice to get a TV dropped off in my apartment by the team.

The team that came to swap out my television was fantastic. They communicated when they were on route and they quickly swapped the product. I did not request an install so it was an easy exchange. The team was super friendly and cautious with the item.

our delivery guys went above and beyond even helping my wife by bringing the refrigerator inside and unboxing it for her while i was at work, saving me a ton of unexpected hassle. Pay the extra money to have them handle the install of the new appliance and haul away of the old one!! Its well worth it

Delivery and installation went very smoothly. They set everything up quickly and waited until a quick cycle completed on the washer before leaving to make sure everything was working.

They were very knowledgeable about the appliances too. I was very impressed with this service. They make Best Buy look good in the streets!!!!!

This television has a beautiful picture and very quick speed so no delays at all. You still have a bit of glare but the high contrast cuts most of it out. The sound is good enough that I've gone a few months now without a sound bar, although I do intend to get one. My current sound bar has optical input which isn't compatible with this one so be sure and verify before you purchase.

Super impressed with the delivery. I thought I was going to have to waste a whole day waiting, but the delivery team kept me informed the whole way through. I really appreciated that. They were right on time and very pleasant and courteous. I usually pick up my own items, but this time, I am glad I had it delivered.

Geek Squad called to verify they were coming and they came right on time. They were just fabulous. Removed my front load washer and installed this new top load. Very polite, they stayed to make sure it was working properly and wasn't leaking.

Had to get a new washer delivered and chose Best Buy because of their great pricing. When I saw they offered delivery I jumped right on it. They gave me a window of time that would work for me and had it to me within the window with friendly service. They placed it right where I requested. Great, fast, on time. What more could I ask for?
