I am very pleased with the speed and professionalism exhibited by the all of the employees I dealt with as well as the delivery staff. It is worth the it!

Our Vizio tv that we got in the summer started acting wonky….I insisted on getting a new one. Waiting until the sales started was torture, but worth it. We’ve had a Roku tv in the past. No issue with it, so I bought a 55” one….he’s loving watching the games on it. Great family Christmas gift.

Best Buy delivery is the best. During the past few months I have replaced all my kitchen appliances and my washer and they have all been purchased, installed and delivered by Best Buy. Can't be beat! Always prompt, efficient, courteous and wear protective gear.

Home delivery was timely and professional. The staff arrived during the delivery window and called when on their way. They had to bring the washer/dryer unit up a steep staircase and handled it well - taking care to not damage the home and being safe.

The delivery guys were awsome and on time, they communicated with me thru the entire process and were in and out quick and clean!!

My 65-inch TV was delivered perfectly! The delivery team arrived on time and handled the TV with great care. The box had no damage, everything was securely packaged, and they placed it exactly where I needed it. They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Very professional and caring of the install. They made sure that I completely understood how my television worked before leaving which was really helpful.

The delivery was right on time and the two delivery people could not have been nicer! They were very knowledgeable about the oven they delivered and not only made sure we knew how to operate it, we discussed recipes for sweet potato pie.

Delivery and installation went smoothly. I like to order from Best Buy as I think their delivery and install is good. On this occasion it was a Best Buy sub-contractor. They tried to see me an extra item (might have been needed or not). Everything is fine so far

The two guys were super nice, they came exactly as expected, and they delivered a stove up to a 2nd floor walkup apartment in less than 20 minutes!!! And the customer support was fantastic the whole way through -- I was away that day and my neighbor had to do the sign off -- so it was a little complicated. Thanks everyone :-)

The actual delivery that came yesterday was great. The young man was friendly, efficient and very qualified. Unfortunately this was the second scheduled delivery. It was to be here on September 22 between 12:00pm and 8:00pm. The delivery service unilaterally changed my delivery to 8:30am. I had scheduled an appointment that could not be canceled in the morning because delivery was to be in the afternoon. No one ever called to tell their was a change nor did anyone ever call to say that it would not be delivered on that day. I spent 8 hours waiting for nothing and then it took another week before I received my order. I am giving five stars for the delivery yesterday and since I can’t break my review down between the two all I can say is the first experience had considering canceling my order and going somewhere else.

Today, I had a dryer delivered. The delivery team informed me that they could not install the dryer due to an old gas valve. They indicated that Best Buy would not allow them to proceed with the installation and that I would need to schedule a separate appointment if I wanted it installed. One of the delivery personnel suggested they could install a new valve for $150, claiming that his partner with him was a licensed plumber OR I could call a plumber who would take a few days to install it and it would cost more money. When I inquired about a receipt for this service, he refused to provide one. Concerned, I contacted my brother, who is a licensed plumber, and after discussing & showing pictures of the situation, he assured me that the replacement part should only cost around $20. It was clear that the delivery team was attempting to take advantage of the situation, particularly given that they changed their tune and agreed to install the dryer WITHOUT A VALVE CHANGE once my brother was on the phone and my son came downstairs. This experience was attempt to scam me out of $150, and I worry about how many other customers may be treated similarly. I suggest that Best Buy ensure that their delivery personnel are not only properly trained but also represent the values and commitment of your company. I will NEVER suggest anyone purchase from Best Buy unless they are walking out of the store with their purchase and can install themselves. If Best Buy is okay with these delivery antics -- NEVER AGAIN!!!!
