Great communication, on time, and friendly. Respectful of home. Can't ask for anything more.

They told me a time range when I placed my order for delivery and then the day before the delivery date narrowed the timeframe down. They were quick and handle my TV with care. I felt the extra cost of buying the TV was negligible considering buying it at another establishment you don't know what kind of delivery service you are going to get or what condition your equipment will be in when it gets there.

The gentlemen that delivered our dryer were courageous, professional and efficient.

The tech Seth who showed up first (big TV needed two people) was on time and awesome. His 2nd person to help was stuck in traffic and instead of just waiting until the other person showed, he removed the older smaller wall mounted TV, and then after double checking where to install (wood beam behind drywall) installed the fully articulating arm. Also installed (after unboxing) the part that goes on the TV so when the 2nd person showed it was a couple of minutes of them both on a ladder (it was above fireplace and is tall) it was done quickly. Outstanding job including the clean up. Really great service.

I like it when BB delivers my stuff (two refrigerators). They are fast, friendly and don't beg for a tip. I guess they pay their employees well enough that it's not required. The guys always brought it into my house even though they are only supposed to put it on my porch. They always seem to send one guy who's fluent in English and a helper who only speaks Spanish. Both are always professional with good customer service skills.

Outstanding experience!! Our driver was on time, professional, and extremely helpful getting the item into our home!! The delivery person took the time to even give us some helpful hints as we were working to set up the item ourselves. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
