From start to finish, Best Buy exceeded my expectations with their home delivery service. The scheduling was super easy, and I appreciated the clear communication leading up to the delivery day. The delivery team arrived right on time, handled everything with care, and made sure my item was set up exactly how I wanted it. They were professional, courteous, and respectful of my home — even took the packaging with them, which was a huge plus. Everything went smoothly, and the entire process was stress-free. The delivery and the personnel involved were phenomenal received the phone call informing me of delivery time within 30 minutes arrived unpackaged the freezer carried it down my basement steps and placed it where I needed it whole process was complete within 20 minutes

The men wo delivered our new appliances were efficient, careful, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product feature. They brought all 4 appliances in without touching any walls or objects. I would have to say they were the most impressive team I have encountered. I hope they get to see these reviews!

I am really pleased with both machines. My problem is with the installation, the guys who came were friendly and seemed to be good at what they do. However, the dryer ventilation keeps giving a d80 error because the hose is kinked and the air is not flowing as it should. The installer said that he couldn't put the part we bought for it because.it was too long, but no warning about the error message. I tried calling Best Buy but no dice.

Home delivery was great as t.v box is big and bulky and product is very fragile. Geek Squad brought my t.v with them and assembled and did all my setup. As mentioned before item is fragile and it is warranted by them if they break it. Great peace of mind. They were nice and courteous and hauled away all empty boxes.

The dryer was delivered on the day it was promised. It was expertly installed and we couldn't be happier.

Prompt and professional. They told us a timeframe and were here within and even gave a call from the stop before ours!

Best Buy delivery was a breeze. Selected a date on the web site at time of purchase. The day before they called ahead to confirm the address and give a precise timeframe for arrival. Called upon arrival, they brought up the TV, and were respectful the entire time. Will definitely use the delivery feature for future purchases.

Delivery drivers were actually an hour early ( I was notified!) very courteous and placed my TV right where I wanted! Great job!!!
