Best Buy delivery was a breeze. Selected a date on the web site at time of purchase. The day before they called ahead to confirm the address and give a precise timeframe for arrival. Called upon arrival, they brought up the TV, and were respectful the entire time. Will definitely use the delivery feature for future purchases.

Let me tell you how amazing and quick these guys were. I couldn't imagine they could get a washer and dryer up two flights of stairs and stacked in under an hour but they did it in half the time. They were super professional and even ran the test cycle on the washer before leaving.

The two men who delivered the tv were friendly and put the tv right where we wanted it.They also took the old tv for recycling. GREAT SERVICE

I ordered a refrigerator for delivery and forgot to change the address on the website, luckily I moved right around the corner from my old house and the gentleman that delivered it was kind enough to follow me to the new address

Arrived early with notification by text and phone call. Polite, kind, knowledgeable and helpful with a few questions I had about soundbar and dvd player. Installation was quick and efficient. They set up the remote and showed me how to operate the home screen and switch to streaming options, cable box etc….
