The Delivery/Installers arrived ON TIME and did a wonderful job. They even waited for my Maintenance guy to come in and get one of the hoses off which was stuck on the cold water supply valve. They could have just as easily left and not completed the install.

For the first time, I didn't want my delivery to arrive earlier than scheduled as I had work. Unfortunately, it did arrive earlier but the drivers were flexible and kept to my delivery window. If I recall correct, my window was 2-6pm, but the product arrived just before 12pm. Shoutout to them for being on time promptly at 2pm!
