Delivery team was friendly, fast, and efficient. Opted to have out old appliances taken away and they were great w that aspect as well.

Best Buy delivery is a no brainer I also recommend letting them install any thing you feel may be a Challenge to you they are very skilled and kind

The techs that came out to my house were very prompt, friendly, and accomodating. I changed my mind last minute to take the old washer and dryer as well as install the new appliances. They had no issues with adding these services (with the normal charges for the service). They handled both appliances with care from the delivery truck to its final resting place in the laundry room. He went over the basica of the Washer and Dryer and advised of the smell from the dryer. The smell went away after two cycles just like he advised. Great customer service! thank you!

Decided to have this delivered as they were offering free delivery. Could have had it delivered the next day but needed it delivered 3 days later. The Delivery was made as promised and the two delivery people were very courteous and professional. they brought the tv in and placed it were we requested. Would recommend delivery in the future.

Dropped off the dryer in my garage like requested. Took 5 minutes and were early. They updated time.of.arrival a few times to give a better idea of when they would be there as well.

I received a call the day before with a very specific time frame to expect my washer and dryer delivery. It wasn’t the typical 8-hour window. The morning of delivery, he called to confirm time. Later, he called and said they could be early, if I preferred an earlier time, which was awesome. Wore face masks the whole time, even when getting those heavy appliances down the narrow stairs and setting everything up...even when no one else was down there. I didn’t mind him removing his mask, as we could keep over 6 ft distance, but he kept it on the whole time. He was very thorough with placement; asked me which side I wanted washer and dryer and if I preferred a location different from where the appliances were. Very considerate. After install, he took the time to walk me through operation info, started both so they were ready to use on first load of laundry, went over the do’s and don’t’s of products and amounts used in these particular machines. He couldn’t have been better. He deserves more than 5 stars.

The Home Delivery was excellent! They saved me the headache and hassle of having to do it myself.

The men who arrived were both courteous and extremely good at their job; units were removed from the truck and placed exactly where we wanted them without any issues; they were here and gone within a few minutes, the delivery service from Best Buy is one of the reasons that we return to shop there consistently

The 2 guys who delivered our large Samsung BESPOKE refrigerator were great. The lead guy was very knowledgeable in setting it up in our kitchen. Both guys were very polite and careful not to damage any walls, floor or cabinetry when they brought it in. Would love to hire them anytime I had something to move!

The delivery was on point. The guys were extremely nice; took shoes off w/o me asking. The first tv delivered was the wrong model, had no problem getting appt scheduled for pick up and re-delivery.

There was no way I wanted to go to the store and haul a 65 inch 50 pound TV to my car. And then wrestle that 50 pound 65 inch beast into my house alone. So Best Buy home delivery was the perfect answer for me. It was super easy to setup. I chose my date for delivery during the purchasing process and they came within the delivery period I was given for that day. They were careful bringing my TV in the house. I would definitely use this service again.

Having someone else do the work, clean up afterwards, haul away the trash and recycle the old unit.... nothing could be better.

I had an 85" tv delivered and the service was great. Much easier than trying to transport it myself.
